Who We Are |
|
| |
|
|
| |
MindMovement
began because of unaddressed needs effecting executives relocating
into new host countries and cultures. It became apparent that while
they were awash in information on their new culture, they were
lacking some critical skills. They were missing core self-management
skills to show them ‘how-to’ transition and adapt to their new
environments. They were missing the skills that minimize stress
(culture shock), reduce stress related diseases and enhance health
and performance. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
To maintain and improve health and performance under the
most extreme conditions such as entering the unknown and unfamiliar
at multiple levels – work, life, language, culture, and to do so
successfully while under high pressure conditions requires more then
information. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
Recognizing this, the fields of intercultural communication
and self – management expertise came together. With more then a
decades worth of experience with self-management core development in
strategic intelligence, Bena Long, established MindMovement as a
means to excellence in global diversity, leadership, and health and
performance. |
